Great write up! Hopefully I'll be there also, we usually stay at Breidscheid so if anybody wants a passengerlap just ask. Iam not the fastest/experienced but I know my way arround (done about 45 laps).

Indeed. Good thing is the new CEO of Nurburgring GMBH stated that he wants Touristenfahren as much as possible on the GP course or the Nordschleife.

Was there 8 and 9 Sept. Lots of participants of Scuderia Hanseat on the track, most of them driving 911's, F430's or M3 CSL's. Did a few laps, on the last one a Opel/Vauxhall spilled oil when I got there (Eschbach/Brunnchen) the lights were on but there was a UK Grey EK that wasn't as lucky...

Ah, my bad. Then I think I didn't see you. I was there from Friday till Sunday. Did 14,5 laps. Shame off some of the motorcyclists, spend to much time behind them on the nicest parts of the track (for me those are Hatzenbach, Aremberg down to Breidscheid and Hohe acht down to Pflanzgarten)...
