1998 white Ek9 advice please

I went and had a look at white ek9 today . Very nice condition pre facelift window rubber seals looked almost like the lacquer had gone out of them if that makes sense. The seats are spot on Type R mats aswell . It is up for £7500 . With New Mot and Tax and its a Fresh import , Oh and thr rear H badge has a little sun damage . It has done 60.000 miles The engine bay looks like new . Going for a test drive over the weekend I am going to check to make sure the box feels nice a high rpm. Do you think this is a Fair price and what else should i look for ? Oh and when it got started up it wasnt very fast to start !! maybe needs some new plugs all my other Hondas have been very quick to fire

Thats a good enough price if its very clean, also look around the window twi upto the roof and see if the plastic strips are still secure and in good condition. See what battery its got, might be a cheap'n. Just a few pointers for you. Blinx wrote a good guide for this

Yeah thanks for that I am going 2 have a good check round . I think with a little TLC the window rubbers will be ok . Its always hard to tell on white if its had paint after all it is a 10 year old car . I just dont want to buy a dog
