Item for sale: 2000 Honda Civic EK9 Type Rx

Well after 1 year and 4 months its finally time to part with my EK9. Reason being for this is after owning 3 ek's & 1 delsol i simply want a more modern car.
Since owning the car i have had the car serviced 4 times at Central Lillyhall (invoices to prove) and will recive another Full Service Uppon Sale.
Paint is completley original except the front bumper wich was professionaly sprayed at GDA Bodyworks 2 months ago.
No Rust anywhere.
Car Comes complete with the hand-book, JDM Honda Service Book and a wallet literaly exploding with purchase invoices and service history.
The Car has covered 109,000 Miles but is in imaculate condition.

wil come with new OEM Nissin Front Pads, the A/C unit and pipes with a new belt, rear seats, rear boot carpet & floor, original spare wheel and tools.
Points worth mentioning:
The Drivers side recaro has some minor cigarette burns on the right hand side lower bolster (these are easily replaced however)
The Drivers side floor matt is worn around the pedals and torn where it fixes to the floor.
there is an area of paint flaked off under the passanger side rear window (was like that when i purchased it)
the bonnet has some minor stone chips. (to be expected with milage)
as far as i can recall thats it, i can provide more pics or the above points on request.
putting it on here before pistonheads etc as id much rather see it go to a loving home.

im fancying a dc5 or a s15 next. Ive had 5 b series hondas for the last 4 years so its time for a change.
will keep that in mind!
