Unfortunatly the time has come to sell my much loved EK4. I'm off to Japan in a few months, for a year and I don't want to leave the Civic to sit around so it's time to sell :(.

A really good example in a stunning colour. The photos don't do it justice, if you've never seen a supersonic blue Honda in the flesh, it's a pearlescent paint, blue in the shade and a purpley blue in the sun.
I've owned the car for over 2 years now and it's been absolutely faultless, a great example of Honda reliability, it runs absolutely perfectly, pulls really strong.
The car's only on less than 72k miles at the moment and won't have done more than 72k miles when it sells. It comes with a full service history, MOT until March and tax until the end of September.
I've always used Motul fully synthetic oil for the engine, oem Honda oil for the gearbox and Gulf motorsport spec brake fluid. The discs and pads were all replaced just over a year ago. The pads are now EBC Yellowstuff, which are fantastic when warm and slightly better than oem when cold.

I've tried to return the car back to as standard as was possible, however I've left some parts on the car as listed below:

Spoon Street muffler
Replica Spoon N1 centre pipe
Spoon rear strut tower brace
EK9 shocks with RS*R springs
EK9 Momo steering wheel
Buddyclub short shifter (it's a really short throw without the extension, about the same as oem with the extension)
Tegiwa shift extension
Spoon shift knob
EK9 shift surround
Energy poly shift linkage bushes
EK9 front grille (missing the mesh but will also include the original grille)
HKS foam panel air filter

The bad bits:

There is a bit of rust on the drivers side rear arch and also on both sills in the usual place (at the back, by the rear wheels). I treated all these with Loctite rust remedy before the winter and so far the rust hasn't come back through, although I suspect they will eventually need cutting and replacing. The rust on the arch is coming from the inner arch, and I treated it from the inside out. To get this replaced it would probably cost £200-300 to get a decent bodyshop to do it. The other arch was rust free. I've taken pics of 2 of the areas, the other one was too small to show up easily. Also note that the rust on the arch is only a few specs on the outside, it looks worse than it is because I used one of those touch up kits to go over the rust remedy and it didn't turn out well! This could obviously be redone.

There was a dent on the passenger door which I had a mobile dent repair man fix, however as is usually the case with these services, they weren't able to get it 100%. It's pretty small though and only noticeable if the light catches it at an angle. Far to small to get a photo of. Could be sorted by a bodyshop for very little money.

Theres a scuff on the rear bumper which I've taken a photo of. Again could be sorted very cheaply. The wheels could do with a refurb as theres a fair amount of surface corrosion.

Here are some pictures:

Thanks for looking!

Great looking car, nice colour and fairly priced.

Sam is a genuine and an honest guy to talk to. I'm sure he will be more than happy to answer any questions so get it bought! :nice:

GLWS

I love the first picture, fresh color.
The rubber alongside both the rear arch is partially the culprit for the rust. It holds the humidity.
