I took this in PX for my DC2, I was going to keep it but need something a little cheaper for commuting.
Golf Anniversary Diesel - A rare Golf in superb condition, which has the following specification :
- 1.9 TDi PD 150 Bhp with 6 speed gearbox - now produces 223bhp!
- Full Screen Sat Nav - rare option (has 2007 nav CD included)
- Cruise Control - rare option
- Electric windows
- Electric heated mirrors
- Remote central locking
- IPod Connectivity
- Climate control
- ABS and ESP (electronic stability programme)
- Full Recaro seats with 'Recaro' and 'GTi' stitched into the backs
- 18 inch BBS alloys and full Anniversary bodykit
The car also has a few aftermarket parts to increase power to 223bhp and torque to around 330lb/ft.
Remapped ECU
Turbo Dynamics Hybrid Turbocharger
The car also has Koni suspension (have all the adjustment tools, instructions and warranty), Neuspeed Anti Roll bar and helical LSD to help cope with the power.
Larger Brembo brakes have also been fitted to improve stopping power.
New tyres less than 1500 miles ago.
The car drives like new and doesn't feel like a tuned car at all. It pulls hard in every gear.
Although its covered 134,000 miles from new, the vehicle has had 3 owners (I am the 3rd) and benefits from a thorough service history both with VW and Awesome GTi and other independants. Tens of thousands spent on this fantastic hot-hatch.
