About the car, we bought it in Dec 2011 and have covered approx 20k miles. It hasn't let us down at all. I spent quite some time chasing a slight and random missfire at low rpm. We changed the following

Coil packs,
Injectors,
Throttle body,
Valve clearances,
Lambda sensor,
Stock air box with new filter,
Back box,
Earthing kit,
Fuel filter,
Fuel treatment,
95 ron
99 ron
Bled the cooling system,
New sparks,
Oil and filter,

The hesitation I believe is quite common having read many post on different forums. Ours has run the same all 3 years and happily returns 37mpg.

Only reason for sale is we need space for the new cars and my miss's wants a Z4.

Servicing history included. Since my ownership I have carried out all services and checked and adjusted valve clearances.

BAD POINTS

Rear wind tint bubbled
Stone chips to front end touched up
Odd scratch and parking dent (to be expected with a 12 year old car)
1 alloy curbed and touched up approx 1 inch
Slight hesitation (normally in cold wet conditions)
Aircon needs a re-gas

I have been absolutely as honest as I can possibly be. Genuine reason for sale, I certainly wouldn't have put a full years tax on if was just going to sell it but as you may be aware with my 9 blowing up circumstances have changed.

I think you're going to have to go eBay. My cousin recently bought a pre-facelift 53 plate, totally HPI clear with 57k miles on for £2700. Not what you want to hear, but ep3s are so common and cheap they're almost disposable... eBay will be your best bet for a car with this history. Put it for auction and you may even get more if there's a bidding war.
 
That sucks man, what happened to the guy who offered 2.2k? Just your regular time waster?
 
They all are, even the guy that won it never messaged me.

And some time waster is trying to get it off me for 1800.... What a prick
