Just remap the Unichip on my EK4 recently and got the results as attached. Power and torque outputs are 198bhp and 179Nm at the crank.

Engine is standard B16A with the exception of EK9 cams, valve springs and pistons. Intake has been changed to DC2 setup (with throttle body bored to 64mm) with cold air feed. Exhaust has HKS 4-2-1 exhaust manifold, stock cat, DC2 B-piping and rear muffler.

That as an extremely high reading dyno, dynapacks are usually setup to read "estimated flywheel horsepower" but your figure is still high even for that, but still as long as the car drives well and is tuned properly thats all that matters :nice:

that`s a very optimistic reading for just those mods. But like Blinx said, if the car drives good, rest is irrelevant.

Would have been better if you had the stock base graph to compare, otherwise figures are just figures

I dynoed my stock car on a Dynojet a few years ago and i remembered it put out around 150bhp. Can't remember the torque though...

I personally don't give a damn to dyno figures. It's only that my tuner wants to be thorough with his tuning on my Unichip and thus insisted on a dyno tune followed by fine-tuning it on the streets. Even if my 215,000km-old B16A puts out 190bhp rather than 198bhp at the crank, I'm still happy :)
