Some one posted this on TennSpeed and I figured I'd share it on here.

6 Cars on Death Row- Yahoo! Autos Article Page

My thoughts on them

1. S2000 - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love S2K's

2. Chrysler PT Cruiser - thank GOD. I ****in hated these things. My parents had one for 6 years. Worst car anyone in the family has ever owned. It's no surprise they are cutting it. They say it's cause it had no niche. No it's cause they were a terrible, poorly built, unreliable piece of **** made in frickin MEXICO. My parents finally got some sense and traded it in for a 2008 Honda Civic EX Coupe. SOOOO much nicer (and nicer than you euro guys' Civic too :p)

3. Saturn Sky - honestly, even though it was an American GM, I didn't hate it. Cool little roadster with a direct injection and an available turbo model. It's sister car the Pontiac Solstice was ugly as homemade sin but the Sky was so much nicer looking. Now supposedly the whole Saturn brand is going down, oh well. They used to make Saturns in the plant just outside my town (and used to be the ONLY place they made them back in the day). Luckily for all the employees, they retooled it and it became just a general GM plant (where they are supposedly making the new Camaro)

4. Hummer H3 - I always thought they were gay but supposedly they were really good off roaders. Still I didn't like them. If I'm going offroading, I'm getting a old Chevy 1500 4x4 Pick-up or something. Again, another brand GM intends to drop. I don't care too much except I LOVE the original Hummer. Oh well, maybe if I wanted one bad enough, I could just buy a retired HMMWV.

5. Lexus SC - ok so I didn't even really know what these were exactly till I read the article. Only Lexus vehicles I ever cared about were the SC300 (aka Toyota Soarer) and the Lexus IS300 (aka Toyota Altezza). 2JZ mofos.

6. Dodge Viper - and finally a Chrysler that I didn't hate. I've always thought Vipers were badass. Still, with the trouble Chrysler's in, it's no surprise.

I'm sure more companies are axing more models world wide but honestly, I think the American auto industry could save their own asses (they've had to get a gov't bailout) if they'd quit selling the garbage they sell here and start selling the nice cars you Euro guys and even Australian guys get.

1- Its been out for a while, its replacement was due but was canceled, a shame indeed.

2- Thank God indeed!!

3- Also a shame, i liked this car.

4- Thank God!

5- Who cares, this car had an insanely long production run, something like 9 years!!

6- Very unfortunate, who will keep the vette on its toes now?

- Don't forget the new NSX was also canceled :(
