68mm throttle body and intake manifold

Been advised this would give me good gains on a B20 Setup.

Anyone have anything ?

Just been reading that a DC2 intake manifold is basically the same as the ek9's.

Anyone know if a 62mm ITR Throttle body would give me gains over the 60mm ek9 Throttle Body. Or should I really be looking at a larger diameter for a B20 Setup like I originally thought?

I know 2 people running b20's

both 68mm tb's but 1 is using skunk2 inlet and other b18c inlet. Both strong figures

and i have a b18c inlet if you need one

Zen as far as im aware the b16b shares the same intake manifold as the b16a, the DC2 is bigger diamater overall, ie plenums etc.

Thanks, I may just look for an ITR Throttle body alone then.

No problems, I'm only going from the ITR manifold I have on mine, you could see it was quite abit bigger than the standard b16a manifold.

Another option to consider is porting your existing b16b throttle body to 70mm, unless of course you can pick up a bargain ITR throttle body !
