96 spec teg manifold on B16

Hi there! i have a 2.5" custom cat back exhaust on my Ek4 and have just bought a 96 spec manifold and was going to have it fitted along with a custom decat, would this be a worthwile mod,to free up a bit more power? or is it best to just keep my exhaust as it is? also how much lower will a 96 spec teg manifold sit than a b16 one? as my car is 35mm lower on the front and i dont want risk it scraping!!

Iirc there's no real gains from a 96 spec mani but 98 spec offers about the best without paying mad money for something like toda or bisimoto

I dont think the 96 spec will make much differance in clearance, its the 98 spec that sits lower.
