Hi,just whatto know what you guys think of what i think of building
i have a JDM 98 type r egine,
hes the list i plan to put in my car and
if you guys could let me know about how much power i will make?
Thank u also if you guys can let me know what eles i can use my goal is to make 225-245 hp

a well built itr engine would be cheaper and faster than a standard k20 conversion

the k20 is better than the B18, but with a small budget you have better results with a B18 than a k20. You can bet on it!:p

im currently running a b18cr fully built na engine buddy, 218whp its maxed out...I completely disagree with you. A k20 is a better base power plant if you are considering a NA build.

Its a "wash" as far as monies go for either build, the K20 will always be a better power plant. You are going to spend more than 2.5k on your na B build, you should be looking at 5k-8k USD...thats stock K20 land and will have a 6speed trans. A base K20 will win over a fully built B18.

Someone is selling you buddy.

man if your b18c is 218whp you should be well capable of whooping a stock k20. i hace seen plenty of nice healthy b18s with simple mods beating stock k20s.

sure the k20 is probably a better base but it will cost more to buy parts and to build, but if if funds allow a good b18c build its a good option and will still be able to move very well :)
