A few suggestions that have worked on other forums...


I do however like the idea of stickies standing out a lil more. Just makes them a bit more obvious and may deter people starting a new post asking questions that are found in the stickies??

i added arrows to them recently, nobody noticed :angry:

I agree with blinx9900, we are not a "business" site. Sponsors don't pay for a membership, they can donate, and also I ask them for a discount to ek9.org members, that it.

What we really need is the shop! Specially that a lot of stickers I ship gets lost in the way, specially the stickers sent to UK. :nerv: I will work on this in a near future.

I'm always open to suggestions, I visit other forums to find good ideas that I can use to make ek9.org better every day.

I don't like the idea to have a site full of banners, this site has banners but they only pay for server costs, I don't make a living with the banners :p

If I had to create a FITNESS or any off topic forum to make this forum bigger, I prefer to stay with the 2500 - 3000 visits we have each day, I rather prefer quality than quantity :)

Like i have said before, this site is very good as it already is. It is unique with all the technical info that you provide on the forum. You dont really need to change anything, just add some things to make it even better than already stated.

I agree, Banners on forum's seem to 'over crowd' the page...the way it is is just fine :)

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A FITNESS SECTION. There are other forum's for that stuff :) Plus, it usually gets filled with false information which results in SPAM.

I will support any decisions made on EK9.org. Thread can now be locked as it has gone far enough. As said in my PM rvm - any help you require, I, and many others, will gladly help with the site.

We had this "shout box" or chat, it was removed because a lot of users used it to ask technical questions :((

im glad it was removed because the technical info shared there is not archived so nobody can reflect on it later... besides it was a chatbox, not a techquestionbox lol...
