A Susp run down?

Just wondering what the options are, recormendations and prices...

Every car club has a coilover base figure, i've got £420ish set of AP coilovers on my fiesta. They are known as the budget set of the height adjustable range.

But i looked in FAQ thinking this maybe one and theres nothing.

Anyone with some knoledge and a few moments im just after a quick run down for some target figures...
