I got LS rods and I was thinking about which would be better for my build of 12.0:1 C/R Ls/Vtec, stock or eagle h-bean rods! The true reason is the wrist pin i wanted it to be pressed not floating cause floating would be a weak point in a build just to my opinion! Let me know what you think!

For the amount of power these Honda engines pump out, either would work fine. [spiro-lock if floating tho]

Theres nothing wrong with floating pins kaspa. You have the wrong idea.

Infosize a little more got to learn some opinions the net is not enough for n/a nor boost build just a whole lot of discriptions on stock components! It would help alot. :secret: :nice:

You have blew my head off my shoulders kaspa. ? ¿ ? ¿

Let me get into it, I meant to mention the rods that I have is Ls rods and I was looking into some roller wave forged pistons w/o floating wrist pins cause i'm not going for a big over bore just 82.mm and figured to keep everything as close to stock figures as I can!

Who is that in you avatar ? Obama ?

go as light as you can on the rods and pistons...you will love it. what ever you decide on as far as floating or not...spend money more on the weight reduction on these parts...I did and could have gone further too and will be here soon. [spiro-lock if floating tho]
