Just in case this has already been covered I have used the search bar and found nothing along the lines.
A friend and I were talking the other day and came on to the subject that we would give our left arm's or other appendages :p to own a brand new EK9 or DC2 and wondered what the feeling would be like stepping in to one with 0 KM's on the clocks. Have Honda ever considered making anniversary models, would this even be possible?
Anyone else come across the subject and think about variables like price, changes they would make or availability??
Just taught id ask :D

Hi
Be sure that Honda would never again manufacture a EK9 or DC2 ;)
If you could buy a museum exemplar and give your arm or other appendages, how would you drive the car? LOL You definitely need all your complete appendages to drive these pure Type R's unless its your fetish to collect cars with 0km on it without driving it :)

doubt older models would pass the new safety standards or emissions.

This exactly, a b series definetly wouldnt meet euro 5 emissions regs. Thats the main reason the K series was ditched.

Would also simply not be financialy beneficial.

will never happen, they are to busy making turbo type Rs!

Seen the youtube clip of it.... It's actually nothing like a type r. Sad really!! Nothing theatrical or exciting looking about it. That's why they wrapped i in that stupid sticker :nono:
