anyone know this manifold

i know a guy selling this mani, he says its standard EK4 sprayed but it doesnt have the holes for the heat shield so its not a standard one anyway...

anyone recognise it???

the 2-1 section looks standard enough but the top section is definitely not off a vti. the shape of the flange where it connects to the block is different and as you've already said there is no bolts for the heat sheild.

edit: come to think of it, someones probably just taken a grinder to it and smoothed off the flange and parts for the heatshield..

was thinkin the holes were ground off but it looks very clean....

The 4-2 looks like a UKDM DC2 or a Spoon copy.

well its definatly not a standard ek4...just found this pic of one with the heat shield removed....shape is completely different

if you knew the dia of the primaries and the collector would narrow your possibilities down a bit...

It looks like a edelbrock 4 2 1 header

collected this today....40 quid so for engine bay dress up value i was happy....

it was spray painted but its coming off with a but of cleaning and looking nice and shiny on the 4-2 end!!! then started a lil on the 2-1 section and its nasty rusty metal so it seems elchunk was right bout the 2-1 being standard....

i'll get pics later....
