Are these radiator caps compatible? Does my car have the right cap?

Pretty sure the radiator on my EK9 is aftermarket and not OEM. No "Honda" markings, only visible markings are "PA66-GF25" on top right of radiator, which from what I can tell, basically just means "this is a radiator". No branding marks.

Car came from Japan with an NTK/NGK P561 Radiator cap, which 'looks' like a "F-Type" Honda cap due to the curved side handles, until you look underneath. It doesn't look like EITHER an F-Type or a D-Type Honda cap on the bottom. The F-Type that I have is far too long, and the spring is too large to allow the cap to physically connect. NTK/NGK only offer a P561A cap these days, which DOES look like the Honda D-Type underneath. I can't find any info on if the NTK/NGK P561A superseded and is compatible with the P561, though an Amazon.co.jp page claims the P561 is a replacement for the D-Type cap I have on hand, regardless of the visual differences (19045-PAA-A01 is what I have on hand. ).

I suspect that the NTK/NGK P561 serves the same function as the D-Type Honda cap, despite the different design, but I want to sanity check with anyone who may know more about this than me. As far as I know, the current cap works fine but I haven't even driven the car more than 30 miles since delivery (few other things to sort out). My concern was it had an empty reservoir but a FULL radiator when I got home, so I wonder if that system is working properly or if my cap is wrong for my application. The D-Type does fit on the radiator, but I'm concerned whether that little plastic bit beneath the cap (that isn't present on the NTK cap) would cause any problems?

Here are some pictures of the caps:

Cheers and thanks! To clarify, not having any current problems with the coolant system, it just seems like I have a rather unique radiator cap and I'd rather know what replacement to have on hand or replace with sooner rather than later. Cheers!
