Hi guys,

I want to ask something, about intake manifold for D, between skunk2 and edelbrock performer x..
Which one is better and provide more power (torque, horsepower etc)?
And is it true that these intake manifold will increase a significant power than the stock Intake manifold?

Thx all
??

The y8 is sohc vtec which doesn't really have a restrictive intake compared to y7 I think fitting a skunk2 mani to this engine if stock wont be worthwhile Id rather spend the money on something else tbh.

I already installed intake (open air filter), irridium spark plug, kansai header 4-2-1, tanabe down pipe + center pipe, daytona muffler.. So if I installed that skunk2/edelbrock manifold it can't gain a significant power, huh?

Nope not as just a bolt on item.

Unless you car has additional work such as Cam's or a high compression build its not really needed.

If it can't gain power then what is the plus point of skunk2/edelbrock manifold?
