hi, i have a civic ek4, b16A2 block, b16B head with ITR 98 cams, ITR intake mani and throttle boddie currently using the original ek4 ecu for startup until mapping.
the car starts fine and will idle normally until you rev the engine and the revs will fluctuate from 1000rpm to around 1500rpm. exactly like a vacuum leak
this has got me baffled, things i have checked:
vacuum leaks a load of times
setup TPS
changed IACV
changed intake gasket for thermal one
when the engine is turned off a hissing sound is made from the charcoal canister at the back of the engine bay, i have checked this and all seems fine?
if anyone has had a similar problem please reply as any other things to try would be appreciated!
