B16 turbo build

Hi I have got a b16 engine and dropping it into my ej9. I have stripped the engine as in rebuilding the whole thing a I want it to be very reliable and very quick. The question I have is I have seen cp pistons eagle rods (with rings and pins ect.) plus all the bearings I.E main and big and have been quoted $1035 plus import tax. Does any1 know any places that offer similar sorts of kits at better prices. Have searched around but that's the best I can find. I am going for low compression aswell as I have heard there is more room for error in the tuning. Wouldn't wanna spend all the money then the tune destroy it
