B16A Engine oil

Just curious as to what oil you guys would recommend for my B16A2, putting Jun Auto Stage 2 camshaft kit and cam gears on it and a few other things lined up. I'm in the UK so climate isn't too extreme, I was looking at:

Mobil 1 15W-50 Motorsport Oil
 
15W - 50 is a good choice, I used that oil in my old B16A with skunk 2 stage 1 cams, only that I used motul 300 V competition.

I prefer Motul over Mobil 1, why ?

Because on my B18C I used Mobil 1, and after 1 trackday, my car consumed almost 2 liters of oil, I changed back to motul, and the oil consumption was like 1/4 of a liter after each track event.

It all depends on your budget and what your mechanic recommended for your motor, either mobil 1 and motul is a good choice.

motul or silkolene are great choices. Both very high in ester based additives. for our climate and that engine you want either 5w or 10w though. 15w is way too thick for here dude.
 
15w50 is waaaay too thick!! 10w30 is much better, i use 5w40 on my turbo motor!

motul 300v is good. I m using Q8 oils 10w-40.. works well for me
