B16A2 Price ?


I have sold few running gears between £650-700

The block on its own easily £250-300
 
Keep an eye on ebay, they really are not all that valuable so unless you need one quick just take your time and you'll get one. One sold on eBay only 2 days ago for £420 including gearbox and all ancillaries:

b16b are easily a grand.
if you listed one BIN on egay, with some providence, tall block only, it wouldnt last a day.

I think some of you have been here too long...and the availability of b16 engines has really fallen off.

Yes you can get an a2 for 300 quid, but not without scouring ebay for weeks. if you want a good one on a short leadtime its more like 500.

Id like to buy a b16b as a spare - find me one for less than 800?

Yeah, that's what the breakers would like you to believe :secret: I am talking about longblock btw - B16B longblock in average condition I would expect to be around the £500 mark. I paid £1000 for a low mileage healthy B16B with EK9 S4C gearbox and all ancillaries.... I have decided to break my old smokey B16B once the "new" engine is in as I will probably get more money that way. I would feel bad to ask more than £300 for it if I was to sell it whole.

You're one of the few people that don't over charge people though. It's because of people like that that make the Honda scene so expensive for stupid little parts.

lol if anyone knows of any b16b for £500 then get in touch, i want a spare!
 
If you don't mind a smokey one you can have my old one for 500 quid lol
 
I've got a b18c6 if you want it. No need to mess about with the 16's then
