I'm doing stem seals on my B16a and wondered if there is anything easy to improve the head beyond a basic clean up and skim, while its off?

When it goes back together it has buddy club spec 3+ cams+gears, I have a choice of std inlet mani which I would port out, or skunk2, and dc sport 4:1 (2.25" EK4 fitment) or ITR '98 Spec 4:1 (2.5" with jdm cat). Rest of the 'zorst is spoon n1 b-pipe and magen twin loop. Management is Neptune RTP.

Your thoughts please?

Could possibly port match it to the manifolds but I doubt that's a quick job.

I'd probably go with either an ITR intake or skunk2. Not sure I go is pick up power with a larger TB?

Exhaust mani out of the options is go 98spec.
Toda rep is better option if ou can get it but 98spec is still good.

Headwise I though about filling the port floor with metal/epoxy to reduce the dead space increasing velocity, might be able to get some/more midrange torque. I need to make up a decent thermal gasket that matches the ports properly too!

Its a std B16A2 inlet manifold that I would port out, I did an ITR one for my DC2 and its a fair amount of work, but I quite enjoyed doing it. I suspect the B16 inlet would give me more midrange than the Skunk2 on there now, but the Skunk 2 probably more top end above 7500, Just wonder if porting the B16 would give me the best of both worlds.

Cant afford another toda and not been impressed with the quality of knock-offs.
