finally started my project, so said i'd get a thread up and going.
Today i started stripping my engine before sendin it to machine shop:

Engine before work:

intake manifold removed, oil cooler and coolant neck:

power steering pump removed:

back completely stripped:

Whats the plan for engine?

timing belt removed:

sump, oil feed and windage tray removed:

Whats the plan for engine?

its gettin fully rebuilt, head and bottom end.

head port and polished
valves cnc machined and re seated
block honed, new bearinga and piston rings
all new gaskets
head skimmed
..

after that i dont no, mapped with neo maybe and few bits
