b16b into em1 car not running

hi guys, ive done a quick search and didnt find anything regarding this matter.

i recently put b16b conversion into a em1 civic coupe, 2000 model, so the car is obd2b, ive used a facelift ek9 ecu to run the motor and everything plugs in ok, and the engine will start but then cut out. when using the original b16a2 ecu for the car the car starts fine and runs. im presuming the car is not getting fuel with ek9 ecu and may be related to the cars immobiliser system. to try and get round this ive unplugged the immobiliser box which i think is the green plug where the key goes, unfortunately this has made no difference. anyhow this is as far as ive got and im stumped at this point, anyone have any ideas, your help is greatly appreciated cheers ray!!

I would say that if you are trying to use the original PCT ECU with your original harness you will need a jumper for this to work.

like so: JHPUSA ECU Jumper Harness OBD2b to OBD2a - ECU Jumper Harness - JHPUSA

??? I don't need a conversion harness the engine loom is obd2b, so is the interior loom and the ecu is also 2b so everything is connected fine but something is stopping the car from running

My apologies friend. My response was assuming that the original PCT (Civic Type R) was being used. The original ECU would have possibility of being OB2A.
