well i could have it looked at but they dont feel seized
You would have noticed it out on the road if it was especially if you let it roll on a slight slope. Check the cam timing and go from there.

yeah im gna ask tomoro can it be done does this take long????
my ignition timing is fine doe????
not really well depends who's doing it i guess, My friend has it happen to him on his saxo and it was his cam timing. The same principle is there. Where abouts are you?
had the car out today took a good blast tru the gears and notice wen i change gear its fallin completely out of vtec and i have to build up about a 1k rpm again to reach vtec
Would this have anything to do with the flywheel being worn out????my mate had the same problem in his dc2 and i think it was due to his flywheel being totally worn out....
only got a new competition clutch fitted few weeks ago bedded in correctly an all
flywheel was fine
I had the same problem on my EK9 B16B and it ended up my cold air feed was too small. If you have a cold air feed get a bigger one. I had an Integra Airbox with a Hamp filter with a 60mm cold air feed and it made 170bhp on the rollers then changed it to a Top Fuel Induction Kit with a 90mm cold air feed and it made 192bhp. Mapped it and it made 206bhp! I also have a 2.5 exhaust system, spoon 4-2-1 and a de-cat tho!
Yes it would....
for wheel horse power yea, but on spin down would it not adjust the flywheel as loss to wheels?
