Hi I've just dropped my b18 into my EK9 and come across couple of problems I.e the clutch doesn't bolt where it should and the throttle cable doesn't seem to have enough reach ??

What B18?
What do you mean 'clutch doesn't bolt where it should'?

B18C and yeah sorry just been none stop today as finished work and dropped engine

What part of the clutch are you on about?
EK4/9 throttle cable will fit for a B18c swap, this is what I used.

Ah right tried earlier and no much luck, I'll try again tomorrow but the clutch bracket seems further back to where it is on the b18

Ive done a few B18 swap's and there exactly the same unless your fitting it into an eg etc, you should have no problems dropping it in an ek, the b16b/b18c engine are the same size, bolt patterns etc. Infact all b series have the same bolt pattern for the clutch!

Few things you need to take off the b16 to put on to the b18 For example brackets for the clips to clip on to. The engine mount bracket on the passenger side of the engine needs to come off and go on to the b18 which is a pain as the crank pulley has to come off so you can take the cam cover off to get to ONE bolt... so it isn't all plain sailing
