B18C-R idle 1200 rpm

Hey guys and girls i have a 97 civic si coupe with a jdm b18c-r swap,
it idles around 1200 when at operating temp.
i have tried adjusting the idle by disconnecting the iacv ,
when unplugged it idles around 550-600rpm then shut off the car clear the light, restart the car and it idles back at 1200rpm,
i have tried cleaning the iacv

any ideas???

has it always done it ?

what ecu are you running mate , when i had a ( jdm ) spoon ecu on my uk teg it would idle as your stating as the iacv's differ from uk to jdm .

I am running the Japanese ecu, swap and ecu are from the same front clip

If you look around theres a guide on google or something that shows you how to set the idle it is something like start car unplug iacv set idle on grubscrew then remove battery for 30 mins to reset the ecu.... Then try it im not 100% but its close as i say best finding the guide

mines ideling at 1,100 and vtec wont engage. Hitting the limiter at 7k...bit smokey
