B20/VTEC questions, plz neeed help asap.

Ok guys, first things first.

I have a 00 GSR ek, i am going to do w a B20 vtec in it, using my gsr head and etc. i will be keeping engine stock bore, because i do not have the money to resleeve it, but i do want high rpm power so ill be doing pistons, rods and etc.

my mods will be

-RS machines pistons 84mm (stock bore) 11.5 compression
-ARP head studs
-ARP rod bolts

my question is, im looking to get eagle rods and ACL main and rod bearings, for what application do i get the eagle rods? gsr? b16 or ls?

and im guessing whatever choice i get, for example gsr eagle rods, id have to get ACL bearins for a gsr?

im stuck in the rod and ACL bearing part, as i want everythng done right the first time and everything to fit. thx alot.

I think you'll need eagle rods for LS, since B18A/B and B20 share the same crank and rods.

You won't be able to use the original pistons with them rods as the OEM gudgeon pins are a pressfit and aftermarket rods use side retaining clip fit!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong!
