anyway as said you should really have searched before. I use Mobil Super 3000 5w-40 Fully synthetic oil for my B16B, only went thinner so engine can rev quicker? lol, you won't feel a difference to be honest.

Motul 6100 Synergie 10w 40 is quite a favourite I believe. And guideline is really the higher the price, the better.

Also Mr Spoon recommended OEM oil.

Oil that comes in a plastic container I'd imagine. ..

Put some 5w40 Fuchs Race or 5w40 Motul 300v they are top quality engine oils.
