Best Place in the Uk to get a dc2/ek9.. please?

Well, as I had already said on another post, I'm quite new here. I live in Malta.. (yeah strange, only some people know about it). Finding a clean dc2/ek9 here would be impossible here so i've decided to go for one in the uk and get it back myself

So.. is there anyone who can help me out by telling be where to find a clean ek9 or dc2 since im not english, at a not so high price and which of these two would you suggest.

Registration taxes to bring them to Malta are:

4,535.00 euros for the dc2
1,435.00 euros for the ek9

and i'm lookin for around.. 12-14k euros in 2 months time.
