Surely thats repairable, its very central? Or is it not worth the risk
I think its repairable too.. its fairly central & the tyre is brand new.
When it was taken off I took it back with me, so that I can check in the UK about getting in repaired. The German garages I visited said that they cannot lawfully repair a tyre rated 'v' and the repair is not able to cope with the speed of the tyre or some such..
So was a little bit of a trial; My brand new AD08 got a puncture; my full OEM EK9 rim running Parada Spec II popped its valve
so I ended up running the space saver to get me to the tyre fitters..
Lucky I decided to take two spare!
I bought, 2 continental tyres. Swapped those onto my UKDM dc2 rims, and re-valved the ek9 rim, put the odd AD08 on that, and now I am carrying the Parada spec 2 tyre (nothing wrong with it) & the nail punctured ad08 in the boot. At least this way I have matching tyres on the rear for consistent grip
Will be attempting to sell them as a part worn pair when I get back to recoup some of the costs
