I've been given access to a full hosetechnics brake line kit and going to make up my lines for my EG

I'm wondering what the best system to use will be I was looking at running one line to the back and split at the rear to the calipers and use I bias valve or am I best running 2 lines?

Any input on this subject will be greatly appreciated :)

Mine is the same.
Run with hardlines though. I've heard a soft pedal is likely when you go full braided hose.
Personally I can't stand a soft pedal.

Guy I got te kit off runs full braided on his time attack car and said it was great and done a dc2 and ek9 also with no spongy pedal complaint

Fair enough, get it done then.

@Steve M had a few issues with a soft pedal when he changed out to full braided lines.

Are you having issues with locking up I.E. do you need the adjustable bias valve? Just because by running one line to the back, if one of those lines fails you've essentially lost back brakes...same for the front.

I just replaced my front to rears and ran two lines as realistically I wont ever use an adjustable bias valve to its potential and prefer having them split incase of a failure down the line. I'm paranoid though haha

I have full braided lines in mine and I like it. One line from m/c into splitter then to straight to Fronts..other line into bias then splitter to rear. No rpv's (I admittedly just had to look them up :))
For a track car I've found the bias really helpful, it's really helped.
Not sure if I'd run single lines in a car that is predominantly a road car tbh. Don't forget on a track car everything is checked all the time and i think you would catch most potential issues before they become a problem.

I'm running it as mainly a track car/ weekend toy so I'd be confident on how reliable the single line would be. Yeah had to look up rpv myself lol only really a necessity if M/C is lower than the calipers is the gist I got of them

There will no issue with spongy pedal with full braided lines, i've done it many time with rally and race cars. Its also pointless running more than one line forward or back with a dual master cylinder as if you have a pipe let go you will have no brake pressure regardless!
