Item for Sale: Braided cable Sleeving
Price: Cheap!! 25-50p per meter max
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Condition: New/ very good used
Description: Due to my work in broadcasting, we use a huge amount of braided cable sleeving, made from polypropylene monofilaments, which allow the sleeving to be expanded up to 300%. We usually use 30mm diameter sleeving, but do have 50mm and smaller 20mm (perfect for small looms). I can supply complete lengths, usually 4-8m a length, or meter offcuts etc. We have loads and throw so much a way which is a shame as this stuff costs alot of money, most people use a larger diameter around 20-30mm for there main loom. Then use small 10mm etc for the breakouts for each individual part of the loom. This is how rywire etc make there looms.

Please drop me a message if you need some of this, as we throw soo much away its a shame.

As you can see this is just some of the left overs we end up with

This is what we use it for

I will take some any length and size pm details please.
Thanks

Can I have about a tenner's worth pls? Just a selection of different diameters (all but 50mm, that'd be probably too big for anything I might be doing), I'm sure I will use it around the house etc too... Pls send me a PM with payment details and let me know how much do you want for postage etc. Many thanks! :)

This stuff is the berries, i have it on my mini that i rewired years ago.
Its loads better than the normal cheap plastic stuff.

I'll take some :) how do you make the ends neat can you heat them so they melt?

Sending out some pms now. Smallest i have is around 19mm, shrinks to about 12mm if you pull it tight. We dont use the 10mm small stuff, which is perfect for breaking out from your engine harness.

Yes few tips, cut longer than required because it will get shorter the more it expands, and after you cut it use a light to burn the ends, stops it fraying. Then turn the burnt end inside itself and ziptie or heatshrink for neatness.

Let me check the royal mail website now. can you pm me your delivery address and how much you would want?

Bump still got lots of 30-40 and short lengths of 20.

Can post to europe cheap enough, usa is a bit costly.
