brake cylinders, same both sides???

Don't know if the author of this thread actually meant what I'm looking for but since the thread is kinda old I'm sure he won't mind if I use it :)

I'm going to upgrade my brakes on my EK4 Ferio. Been thinking of going the Wilwood Dynalite 4 pot 282mm road in the front and eventually upgrading the rear to 260mm discs; probably with the MGZS calipers etc.

I've been thinking of getting myself the 1" master brake cylinder and servo from a MB6 Civic or an ITR DC2. These cars are pretty pretty rare here in my country so getting these parts is kinda tricky. On fleabay I've found some dealers who have these in stock but before buying them I need some advice / help. My car is LHD and all dealers have these parts from a RHD car. Is the MBC with the servo the same for a LHD and RHD car? I hoped just the brake lines were different and the MBC /w servo was the same for both LHD and RHD cars. Can anyone help me out with some info on this topic?

if it is a hatchback you don't need the prop valve, and if you going bigger then civic si MC "master cylinder". you need to make new brake lines for the master cylinder.
