Budget series for B20V EK.

As part of my future project planning, I am interested to know what budget series have regulations allowing a B20 engined EK to compete?

The series I would like to run in is the CSCC Tintops, they state engine/transmission must be of the orginal type, so does swapping one B series for a larger B series within regs?

I don't wan't to spend loads of money on an engine build if I then cannot race it!

Nippon challenge looks too expensive at first glance...

I would of thought the answer is no, since I think they mean the engine must be from the original car. You tried contacting them for more information?
