Central locking

Hi all

should my 99 ek9 have central locking ? I’m pretty sure my old 00 ek9 (rx) had it but it’s been so long I don’t know. It’s not a race base or anything. Doesn’t seem to work or isn’t there full stop…

where would I find the central locking motor if it should be there.

I assume that they do. Mine has an aftermarket alarm and central locking works on that, so must be a motor somewhere...

your aftermarket alarm most likely had its own motors in it.

If it had an oem system, there will be a small black dome on the interior mirror cover. most EK9's did not have it. only came factory fitted on RX models, on the rest it was cost optional
