Item for Sale: JDM 5 spoke wheels (been told theyre early SSR)

Price: £150 no offers

Location: Lincolnshire

Condition: Used

Description:

Hi folks I have a set of jdm alloy wheels, came off a jap import mx5.

15x6.5j 4x100 and 4x114.3, all aluminium centre caps there but badges have fallen out over the years. Been told they're early SSR wheels, set on ebay atm look very very similar just 17" instead. I think they have a regamaster evo look to them! Would look fantastic on a civic I think! Had a quick look on back and has "made in japan" stamped so definitely not cheap wheels.

Diamond cut faces, few small nicks on outer edge but chunky tyres have saved them from any severe scuffing. Little bits of lacquer bubbling around the edge but nothing I'd say detracts from the look of these wheels. Please do feel free to arrange viewing if you'd like. Tyres are old so not sure if any good anymore, plenty of meat left but just covering myself incase, assume they need 4 tyres. Just requires 4xm5 allen bolts to hold centre cap in (hence the cable ties so the caps don't go missing! I have ordered a set of stainless allen bolts yesterday if they arrive in time I will bolt them in).

Any questions please message me, I would prefer cash on collection so you can view them and so they don't get damaged in transit, but if you want them badly message me and I'll wrap them as best I can.

Pictures (excuse the dust and water on them, my brother decided to put a wet dusty sponge on top of them in the garage, I will wipe it off before the sale):

centre caps look more like old volks to be honest, but you would know from any labels etc on the rear (or embossed logos). If they are SSR then they will definitely have SSR or Speedstar embossed on the back, inbetween the spokes etc. I've never seen a set that hasn't had this.

Doesn't necessarily mean they werent made by SSR/SpeedStar under license for someone else, just helps give some idea of where they're from and what they are.

Any idea on the offset at all? this again should be listed/embossed somewhere. If you can put up a pic of the rear of them (close up of the hub face) then this should be visible. Alternately if you have a picture of them fitted to the car it shouldnt be difficult to make an educated guess,
