Cheap parts for track car

I'm taking my ej9 on Knockhill on the 22nd of august. Was wondering if anyone had some cheap parts that would make my wee civic just that wee bit better on track. Donated parts will also be welcome

Is there much point putting a back one on if I do not have one on the front? I just gave a back one away a few weeks ago
