hi
i have them hot tuning coilovers in my ek4 civic, now they say they lower up to 120mm but they do not, not near it. i have them screwed down full all round.

is it possible to buy smaller springs of some sort for coilovers to go lower?

ive got some 7" zeal springs, ill check id but on many shorter springs will lower car even more, these springs are very stiff though

Spoon does springs foraround £50 a corner I think with your preferred spring rate. I don't know about the hot tuning dampers though as they may be of low quality.

Hot Tuning Coilovers for an EK4? :(

Well, you can lower the car more using a shorter springs, but the problem you will have is that the the springs will have slack as it won't be long enough to reach the top mount.

Some people say is okay, but ideally you would really want "helper springs" to take that slack up.

But the second problem you will run into is that the damper won't have enough travel if you lower it that much.
So you most likely will be hitting the bump stop all the time and the ride will be pretty harsh.

The Hot Tuning Coilovers are cheap, but they defiantly doesn't do what they say on the box and making them work for you will probably cost more in the long run.

If you really want to go low, get some "Dual Perch" Coilovers that are designed to go low.
Anything else will not go low enough, be very harsh ride, or both.
