problems solved long ago 
well... almost...
I just adjusted the TB sensor. Also the reason why my Fast idle wasnt working was because of the wiring harness, very little power was in the line, it was damaged somewhere but hard to find so it still doesnt fast idle on cold start.
At operating temps, I had to have the idle at 1000rpm to compensate the above mentioned problems. Cold start its sitting at 750rpm, and itd slowly rise to 1000rpm at normal operating temps.
I'm still not sure what to do with the line since its not getting hardly any power. Its not zero voltage but very little according to the tester. :/ Oh wells, car doesnt stall etc so its fine atm.
