combining obd2a with obd2b

does anyone know how to rewire the dash loom on an obd2b car to join into an obd2a engine wiring harness/ecu? is it possible to just connect an obd2a dashboard loom and remove the standard one or would that involve new fusebox's etc? any help would be appreciated

or if anyone knows where i can get full wiring diagrams for each, ideally connector c131 as i can't find any pin out's for that plug (the green plug going to the dashboard from the engine loom)

car is a facelift ek4 jordan if it makes any difference

im not saying it cant be done, but the time you done all the rewiring etc it would prob be easier and cheaper just buying an obd2a harness.
