converting ej9 to b16

iv a ej9 facelift.. thinking of converting it to a b16a . i am just wondering wud sir mounts fit the ej9.. do the dash looms have to be changed too....??
will the b serious drives fit the ej9 hubs ???
and how do u connect the back lines from the drums to the disks.. ??
