Hey Guys..

The time has came to upgrade my Cams ect - Went for Skunk2 Stage II..

I am now selling my 2000 Rx Cams, Retainers and Valve Springs. My car has only done 40k and im the second owner from japan. Car only been in country for 4 months..

I have also replaced mine with Skunk2 Stage 2.......I'm also revving at 9500 rpm with the Power FC and the car keeps pulling until the rev limiter!! :shocked:
What other mods you have done?? :nice:
 
Can you guys please give a review on the skunk2 stage 2 as I am thinking of buying them!

Basically, they are designed to perform at high rpm just like most of the Skunk2 products and opposed to Toda that perform better at midrange. It all depends on what you prefer and where you wanna concentrate your powerband.........For Stage 2 and 3, valvetrain upgrade is REQUIRED.
Also to get max results, you should not install them as standalone, things I'm sure you know already.......

Spoon 1.8 Stroker - Ported And Polished Head - Skunk2 Stage II Cams - Skunk2 Retainers And V/ Springs - Skunk2 Tuner Adj Cam Gears - Spoon High Comp Polished Valves - Skunk2 70mm TB - Skunk2 Pro Series Intake Manifold Ported And Polished To Suit 70mm TB - TODA 4-2-1 Manifold - Dc Sports De-Cat - Spoon B Pipe And N1 - AEM Cold Air Intake - Exedy Stage I Clutch And Flywheel - ITR 4.78 Final Drive -

Its booked in for Hondata remap in the next few weeks, should be interesting !! lol :drive:

Wow, I call this THE SETUP :D How the car performs against other EK4, EK9 and DC2s??
Btw, does the Hondata support all these mods? Isn't restrictive? I say that a Power FC would give you more......:clap:
 
Thanx m8.. Ive not drove the car since having all the work done, Still in search for a ITR Ecu to run my bottom end safely. Still need to run it in etc.

Ive thought about both options m8, however im having CPL Performance tune the ecu using hondata system - launch control etc. They have the fastest street legal honda in Europe - 10.3 quater mile in EP3.

Im still not 100% on this decision tho - what would u recomend m8 ??

If you have no access to someone who is capable of tuning the Power FC then forget about it......but since they can tune the Hondata that much then I would say stick to it! :nice:

nice dude. glad you liking my old S2S2's...Hopefully i hear from you w/ your numbers.
Hondata in my opinion is your best tuning platform
1. Hondata has been tuning honda since i can remember, they have great support.
2. Many options when it comes to tuning and adjusting just about everything.
I'm using S200. Love it! 2-Step, WoW...
