cutting out after starting

the ek9 cuts outs just 10seconds after i start it,,what wud be the cause of this?? i can hear a click beside the glove box,,take it that thats the relay,,and when i even turn the ignition on the light flicks on and off and can hear the clickn each time it does,,can any1 help??

had a neptune ecu in the car mapped,, pluged in oem ecu car runs fine,,must be the neptune ecu. any1 here got vtec6000 phone number or page on here?? if so pm me his number please,thanks.
