CV Joint Grease???

Alright, after my engine swap and clutch/flywheel etc. swap (obviously had to remove drive shafts for project). i have noticed a nice straight line of CV Joint Grease/90 Wt. Grease spitting out near the CV Joints (on both sides, nearest the Tranny not wheels). It is making a minor mess of things (like i said, a straight line of grease like someone drew it on there with a pen). I talked to the tuner shop that did the swap and they say it is not abnormal to have your CV Joints spit out a lil grease but now it is getting out of hand. I cleaned it all off to it's shiney potential and the grease is slowly but surely reappearing. the CV Joint is as clean as the day you would get them out of the factory however, the grease is neatly placed on the engine block and on the wheel mounts (full circle around Joint). Has anyone ever had this issue??? If so, can you verify it is the CV Joints or is it coming from some invisible entity I am not seeing down there? Getting my brake conversion done in the near future so i would like to have an idea of what else i need to do before the ride is dropped off. thanks for you help guys!

Thats rubbish - they are trying to get out of it. They should not be chucking grease out at all. What did they secure the boots on with? Are they just cable tied on or have they done it properly with proper cv boot clamps?

give em a squezz and get bit out may have over filled them a maybe..
you need to check for sucurity as above.

there must be a split in the rubber boot or it isnt properly securely fastened as the ends?

From what i know they used to proper clamps. all looks normal to me. i have never had grease spit out before. i have changed bad joints before with no problems, this is why it is such an inconvenience.

i dont see any visible splits in the boot, weird thing is...the boot is clean and no grease?!? the only part that has visible grease is the areas arouns the joints.

i assume it is a security issue and there is not a solid seal around the joint. it is going back into the shop for a brake conversion and they said they will take a look at it and fix it at no cost...
