It has come to the time to sell my much loved honda civic type r ek9. I purchased this car in June 2014, the car has covered nearly 89k which is a mixture of kms and miles (converted to mph). I have used this car as a show car and not a daily driver it never fails to attract attention and turn heads. The car is a 1998 (pre-facelift) model in championship white. The car comes with 6 months mot.
It has all the usual type r features:
-Red recaro seats in great condition
-Red carpets and floor mats
-Electric windows
-Electric folding mirrors
Here Is a list of modifications:
-Omp steering wheel
-Racing logic coilovers
-4-2-1 heat wrapped manifold
-Buddy club spec 2 cat back exhaust system
-Toyo sports resonated decat pipe
-F1 stage 2 clutch and lightened flywheel
-Ferodo front brake pads
-Braided brake lines
-Toad alarm system
-Tegiwa red coolant hoses
-Tegiwa carbon fibre whale air intake
-Tegiwa carbon fibre plug cover
-Tegiwa engine torque damper
-Tegiwa cooling plate
-Tegiwa vtec solenoid cover
-Tegiwa engine bay washers
-Tegiwa radiator stay bracket
The car comes with 7 tyres:
3 Yokohama ad08r (did have 4 but one got punctured)
4 pretty much brand new mid range tyres
Bad points there are a few stone chips to the front bumper apart from that the body work is pretty much perfect.
