In the advert you mention your selling because your wanting something cheaper to run then you go on to mention an S2000

This could probably confuse any potential buyers

Just a heads up GLWTS

nice car mate, price seems about right considering you have basically all the paperwork. GLWTS!

wouldnt worry too much about what you do with your money afterwards mate, what you buy is your decision. i have sold cars before on the basis i want something cheap to run etc etc, a nice family beemer or friendly golf tdi etc, but always have that thing on the side id like and if you see it plans can all go down the drain :D

looks very very nice! i love dc5's and it looks clean, good mods, wish you the best of luck with sale :)

Thank for the comment mate, I am thinking the same, ideally we want 2 car, cheap run around and senond car would be my toy car, she had to go, as I am looking Mods for the DC5 again, when you done it once, just can't stop :nono:

CJ :nice:

well, out of interest would a daily drive ford puma be of any interest to your cheap run about needs? its only done 36k miles too!

reason being iv got a new VW scirocco GT coming soon direct from the dealership to replace the puma as the daily driver.

used purely for A to B driving, very quiet, and never caused me any trouble in a year and a half.

out of interest, what are dc5's like to insure?

We don't really fancy the ford puma, but I'll have the VW scirocco any day

The insurance are not bad at all, cost me a bit more over my old DC2Rx, we paid 650 if I remember correctly, all mod declared, include an exhaust (had one, but removed), 4/5 year no claim protection, sure the 9 would be cheaper to insure due to lower power and older car, but I always want a 9 as well, sure is cheaper run than my old RX.

Sure someone wants to move on to the DC5 world for a change, I am open to offer, see my wish list below;

S2000 (2002 onward)
350z
Diesel
EK9 facelift
Small car
EP3 (2003 onward)
DC2 facelift

puma powaz ftw lol

haha, fair dooze dude, can only ask :) has been a great wee car for me, someone will buy it. just moving on really

350z is a good choice mate, but if you are starting to worry about running costs they are very gutsy on fuel, and the part costs are a fair bit higher than the ek9 or integra cars. id love another one

suprisingly insurance on my 350z was considerably cheaper than my ek9 which i had previous to buying it...2 or 3 hundred cheaper!

Post update

New OEM clutch has been fitted by Tom at TGM last Saturday, Gear box oil and Engine oil has been change at the same time, car drive like new :D
