d14a4 gearbox swap

i have a honda civic ej9 with d14a4 engine and i want to know if i can swap to d16y8 gearbox without replacing the flywheel and clutch?

Pretty sure they both use the s40 box. So it will be fine.

d16y8 has s40 B000 gerabox?
