Dc2 96 spec from Malta !

Hey guys i am new to this forum Gav the mod told me to have a look, seems like a nice friendly forum!

Anyways i am from Malta and here's a few pics of how the teg has changed over the years, not so much in to build threads so i will just show u guys some pictures

This is it when i just bought it apart from the wheels which i changed to 16 inch Volk Te 37's!

When i had an interior haha,

Engine pretty standard a/c has been removed for weight saving purposes pretty mad when you live in hot Malta,

Well then i got bored of it standard and stripped out nearly 130 kilos and fitted a J's bumper duct , coilover suspension, removed the rear spoiler, spoon copy mirror and a bunch of stuff i didn't take pictures of like re bush the car, ek9 throttle cable and stuff i don't remember!

Then i got the J's racing bonnet i wanted for ages, was way to expensive never again haha!

Went through 2 bucket seats now back to standard all did my back in!

I loved this seat though

This is how it looks now roughly haven't taken any pictures recently, needed a break from cars!

Now caged, gt winged and bigger brakes!

Welcome to the forum mate,Been to malta more times than i can remeber,love the place!! Always wondered about lowered cars there with the roads being bad and the locals being crazy behind the wheel!

When was the last time you came we all drive around with lowered cars its not that bad! I just went to Scotland 3 weeks ago went to Knockhill to see the time attack!

If you want we can swap ill come to Scotland you can come live here!

it was about 2 years ago the last time i was over.My ex has a house in tal-ibrag.Really need to go back ,Malta is second home for me haha!I would swap anyday mate! I was at time attack shame i never met you!

It will be standard though because ill need the money to open the ek9 gear box We only got heat man over here and beaches if you enjoy nice roads and tracks and chance to go to Nurburgring i dont know why anyone would want to come here!

Working in this heat is a nightmare too!

Yeh i know what u mean man,i just enjoyed it over there.I dont really know why!The first time i ever went it was maltese lire so everything was cheap(ish) but that soon changed! I got offered a job the last time i was over but i was on holiday. I can imagine working would be a nightmare,walking and lying by the pool was warm enough haha.

As i sayed earlier i always found the road conditions a drawback but i have heard it got alot better in the last couple of years.
Would just like to wake up and it be glorious weather outside,rather than the crap u get in the uk!
